We specialize in residential mortgages and offer a comprehensive assortment of traditional and innovative mortgage services, including mortgages up to $8 million. Bradford Mortgage was founded in 2002 by three former Wachovia Mortgage executives - Brad Church, former president of Wachovia Mortgage; Jeff Cook, who served as senior vice president of Secondary Marketing; and Connie Piner, former senior vice president of Risk Management. At Bradford Mortgage, Brad Church is president, Jeff Cook is executive vice president and Connie Piner is senior vice president of operations. In 2006, Ken Lard joined Bradford Mortgage as chief executive officer.

Bradford Mortgage is a part of ACM Financial Trust, a privately-held residential mortgage finance real estate investment trust specializing in adjustable-rate, mortgage-backed securities. ACM is also headquartered in Winston-Salem and has an office in Columbia, Maryland.
